CEO/Director of Nursing

Tracey is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years’ experience in aged and community care. She has been in Executive roles within Aged Care for over 18 years.

In 2008, Tracey was appointed to the Commonwealth Adviser and Administrator Panel as a Nurse Adviser, and was appointed Nurse Adviser at a number of sanctioned residential aged care homes from 2009-2013.

Tracey also worked as an Assessor with the Aged Care Quality Agency from 2008-2015.

Carolyn is a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years’ experience. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and Graduate Diploma in Gerontology, and has worked at Ottrey Lodge for a number of years.

Cheryl is a qualified cook with a Diploma in Frontline Management. Cheryl has worked at Ottrey Lodge for over 25 years. Cheryl is passionate about the provision of quality home-cooked meals and ensuring that the resident’s home is as comfortable as possible.

Lifestyle Coordinator

Eily holds Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and Certificate IV in Workplace training and Assessment. She has been working within residential aged care for over 10 years and has a key interest dementia and palliative care.

John Hyde

Maintenance Coordinator

John is a qualified Carpenter/Joiner who has lived and worked in the district most of his life. He is a qualified telecommunications technician and has completed the 5 day Occupational Health and Safety course. John has worked at Ottrey Homes for over 10 years.

Andrew Vernon comes to Ottrey with 10 years’ experience in shift managing, has been a qualified chef for 8 years and holds a Certificate IV in business management and a chief warden fire certificate.
